The charming old building, beautiful garden, and antique rooms captured the essence of Florence. The attentive staff and delicious breakfast added to the experience. Despite minor issues with the aircon and maintenance, the overall ambiance and location made it a delightful stay.

Omg, the 🌿quiet garden away from crowds was so magical! the 🍓 breakfast had an amazing selection, super yummy! the 🛏️ room was huge but only one small window. The only downside was the windowless bathroom. 🌟

This place was neat and had great location and staff. It was located in a particularly good area just next door to fine restaurants and the centro and the important tourist sites. Early check in and late check out.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. And the best part? It was surrounded by the most amazing restaurants in Florence. I had the pleasure of trying out some delicious local cuisine just steps away from where I was staying. The staff here were incredible, going out of their way to provide excellent service. They were always courteous and attentive, accommodating all of my requests. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. I also appreciated the turn down service every night. a truly luxurious experience.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel! the rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the attractions. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, it was a great place to relax and unwind. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the private lift was a unique and fun feature. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
